Hello again, I'm really sorry, but I don't get it. I have an account with AMP. No PRO. I can connect to the data from AMP / CQG via SC, but I don't get any historical data. Specifically, only a certain period in the past is available. I don't even know if I can trade now or not. ASK: 1. CAN I CONTINUE UNLIMITED USE OF MY CQG DATA FROM AMP OR DO I HAVE TO BUY YOUR DENALI DATA? 2. IF I BUY YOUR PACKAGE 10, HOW WILL I CONNECT TO AMP? 3. IS THERE A STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION? (for dummies!) 4. WILL DENALI DATA ALSO BE BILLED ON A DAILY DAY LIKE SC STANDARD? AMP doesn't help. They send me to you. Again, I'm not a native speaker and it's really not that easy to read, understand and then implement all of this. Please help me. Tell me what to do. Thanks in advance. Regards Jadwiga

First, what you are seeing in terms of Historical Data from CQG is a limitation of the CQG data. We recommend changing to using the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. 1. You really need to change to the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to have the historical data you need. 2. You will continue to connect to AMP (CQG) the same as you are now. We allow for the data to come from either your Trading Service or from us (Sierra Chart). 3. Yes. We have Step-by-Step Instructions. See Below. 4. The Exchange Fees for the Denali data are billed on a Calendar Month, so the first day of each month. The data feed fee is built into the Packages cost. Hi John! First I want to thank you for helping me! now i think i got it. I have to buy package 10, 11 or 12 so that I can get my live data as usual. Only then i can choose whether to use an external exchange or the one from SC. Final question: If I order package 10 from April, do I also have to change the data feed at AMP (see screenshot) ??? Yes, you need Package 10, 11, or 12 for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you will also have the Exchange Fees. The Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group is here: Denali Exchange Data Feed If I order package 10 from April, do I also have to change the data feed at AMP (see screenshot) ??? You would not need the data from CQG unless you need it for another purpose. If you do not want the data from CQG, then you would let AMP know by making the selection that you reference. to do (for dummies) 1. Buy Package 10 2. Activate package 10 service (includes Denali data feed) 3. Select and activate exchange (+ extra costs for Top of book or market depth) 4. Select Global Settings >> Data / Trade Service Settings. Select the Common Settings tab. Ensure that the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds option is set to Yes. 5.Go to AMP, deactivate the CQG data and activate the mentioned service in the screenshot (so that Sierra knows which broker the customer is trading with) Done!?
