Hi, we are a Transact Futures user with the following credentials:

We are evaluating transition to direct billing with Sierra Chart, but in order to avoid double billing of real time feed, being already a Bloomberg user where we already paid real time feed, we need to know how to feed Sierra Chart with the real timme feed we have available on Bloomberg.
In Note 1 of your latest information on transition, I read that regarding exchange fees, if you are using a data feed provided by your broker you will continue to pay exchange fees to your broker in April, so that means that after April I will not be charged any exchange fees by Transact anymore, or that I will have to continue paying them the same exchange fees but just to receive real time feeds on their trading platform and will need to feed real time in Sierra chart another way?
Thanks for you support.

First, the concept behind the statement that "if you are using a data feed provided by your broker you will continue to pay exchange fees to your broker in April" is that you do not need to make any changes right now. If you are getting your data from your broker (TransAct in your case), then you can continue to get your data from them, and all you need to do is pay for your Sierra Chart Usage Time to us starting in April.

Now, that being said, if you want to change your data, then that is fine. But we do not have support for Bloomberg data. Additionally, Sierra Chart is really only setup to allow you to get data from your Trading Service or from us. So if you are interested in the Sierra Chart data, then refer to the following:
