Number Bars Calculated Values - Colors for Percent Compare Thrshld Not Working As Expected

Using v2230 (64-bit)

Range color bands for number bars calculated values study are not coloring as expected. See attached image for a couple examples.

Expect: Values > 75% to be blue (55,117,232), but values as low as 42% are blue.

Also, I noticed that 74.27% is colored Pink (range 3 down), but it is below the 75% threshold that I have set and that value should be a range 2 down color. How are the calculated percentages compared to the study thresholds?

In particular, keep in mind that the coloring is done based on the actual range of the data that is present and not on the percentage number that is displayed.
