Are you able to open that selection window and select your correct account number?

The first thing is to verify whether that account number is the correct account number for your CQG account, as noted in Post #3.

You need to do this with AMP first.

Let us know what AMP says about that account number in relation to your CQG account.

Hey Is not AMP ! is PhillipCapital.

I told you my broker tell me and show me my account is right same before !!This number is not my account number when i trade now. but everyday i receive statment and all is right !! i dont know why happened this. ! only in SC change when i trade ! i send foto of you in pdf my first mail !

Our apologies about the broker. Your SC account was apparently originally created by AMP.

Ok, so you have verified with Phillip Capital that is not the correct CQG account.

Can you select the menu item and are there any other trading accounts listed in that menu? Is your correct trading account listed in there? Can you select your correct trading account if it is in the list?
