Historical Market Depth

Historical market depth data is not automatically downloading for me in versions past 2238. In these versions I have to manually scroll back and select "Download Depth Data from Date/Time" option in right click shortcut menu. Please advise.

Before you expect the problem to occur, clear the Message Log:

Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

And then when the historical market depth data does not download, provide the Message Log by following these instructions:

And tell us the symbol of the chart.

It is enabled on the main instance and all sub instances. The log that I sent was from an instance with the option enabled.

On the main instance follow this procedure:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
