Trouble activating new Denali package 10

Hello, I am transitioning to the TT Denali pck 10 and have paid for 3 months of Denali. I can't seem to figure out how to pay for the exchange fee package I want and begin using Denali and TT instead of CGQ data and order routing. thank you |

Also if your trading account is with AMP, you do need to use CQG for order routing. Otherwise you need to use a different broker. Ok thank you. I activated the exchange. I do see on AMP website that it looks as though they have an option for TT order routing. Is that not correct? thank you |

That is not available through AMP any longer. They support CQG and Rithmic in relation to Sierra Chart.

As a follow up question, which setting do I select in the Data Trade Service Settings window? I am still set to CQG currently. thank you

We would think you would still be using CQG for your order routing, as AMP is not supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You would need to check with AMP to make absolutely sure, however. If you are using CQG, then your Services should be set to CQG WebAPI.
