I'm currently noticing that nothing is moving on the charts. The time is off as well and not moving, just always saying TR: 1m 7s but not moving, the indicators aren't moving, volume is not moving, but the price does update slowly. It's actually not even making a bar either. It just shows the ticker mark and the value is moving, but not drawing a bar. It's almost as if none of the intraday is painting any indicators? I have updated to the most current version as well. Perhaps I have too much data trying to go with all 28 pairs open? This has never been an issue in the past however. Thanks for the help! I've just gotten it to stop saying socket closed on the logs. It now still says 2hours and 1 minute from the 4 hour flip....except should have flipped 12 minutes ago. Also, no indicators are moving. Stochastic or volume are not moving whatsoever and neither is the time. I reverted back to a slightly older version and still the same issue. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-29 01:18:35

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1616981143179.png I went back to version 2180 and it seemed to be working okay as far as getting actual time counting down, time is fine and indicators are moving. Now it just added my old charts back though so that's weird. This includes NYSE chartbooks with FX. After updating to the newest version, if for some reason the chart is not updating, check the Session Times in the chart: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.3 - Session Start Time and End Time not Covering Current Time It does not make sense there would be an issue with this, if you do not have a problem on an older version but check anyway. Thank you. Yes, when I updated to the latest I already did the session time change to be sure as instructed before. It did not help. The only thing that is working so far is to have an older version on.

Thank you. It's all symbols so 28 forex symbols. It's indicators, price...the whole thing just doesn't move and flow like it should. After reverting back to an older version, all is well and I've been running that for the week. After reverting back to the older version, I can see value indicators on the STO for example moving as they do, flowing as they do. The new version doesn't move at all and only the price sporadically sort of jumps/jolts every few minutes. Then the time of flip/chart for example on the 4 hour chart is way off from what it should be on the new version as well. I have many automated systems running latency tests on my end for a different project so it's important that the system is up and going during the week. I'll have to do your request during the weekend if possible. Thanks Chadly |

It does not make any sense why there would be any issue in newer versions of Sierra Chart with chart updating. There just simply could not be.
