i upgraded today to Sierra with the payment and all the requirements and when my charts came on after payment i have lost all of my indicators for Rob Hoffman - they show in the system but it is blank - is there a reason or something i need to change?

This is because you are using a different Sierra Chart account. You did not need to create a new account with the transition to direct billing. i have verified that This is where the C:\SierraChart\Data is and it still isn't working - - the message log with Sierra charts states that You are not allowed to use this study .....not sure why but i have paid for the studies and have been using them for years - any other suggestions?

But the problem is you created a new Sierra Chart account and you are using that one to log into Sierra Chart. From documentation we linked to: You will also need to give the developer of the Advanced Custom Studies your new Sierra Chart Account Name and have them change the authorization to this new Account Name

There was no need to create a new Sierra Chart account. The one that you already had that started with transact_user_ was fine.
