Hi, i am extremely sorry for asking this despite you'll providing much info about it. but, i still couldn't understand the whole thing.

I am in need of real-time Crude oil futures and S&P500 futures data.

1) which package should i purchase?
2) do i need additional purchase outside of the package?
3) how much will be the total monthly cost for it?

thanks for the help. and sorry again for not understanding.

1. You would need Sierra Chart Service Package 10.

2. You do have to pay exchange fees:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

3.
For Sierra Chart pricing, refer to this page:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing

The pricing in the above linked page, does not include the cost of exchange fees.

You need to have the Package and then you also have to pay for the Exchange Fees.

We can not say how much the exchanges will cost, as we do not know what exactly you need (for example, do you need Market Depth Data or not). You will find the cost for the Exchanges here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

To get the data, you will need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find the instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

The reason why you need a futures trading account is so you can qualify for the Non-Professional CME Group exchange fees. Otherwise, you would have to pay the much higher priced Professional fees. Refer to the following for more information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

We also need to know what Trading Service AMP has you setup to use. It would be one of either CQG, Rithmic, or TT. If you do not know, then you really need to find out and let us know. Again, this is so you can pay the Non-Professional rates, as we validate your account electronically when you connect to it through the software.

Once we have the above information, then we will give you all the instructions to get connected.

Thank you. Yes, you are setup with CQG for order routing. Therefore, you need to go through the following steps:

1. Add funds to your account. You will need a total of $46.40 to pay for the services that you will be activating with us. You can make a payment here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

2. Activate a Sierra Chart Package. Select the following link and it will take you to where you select a Service Package. Select 10 - Standard + Denali Data Feed 36 USD / month.
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices

3. Setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG. Follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

4. Setup your Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Denali Exchange Data Feed. When you get to the section to Activate an Exchange, you will want to activate the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange.
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

5. Ensure you have the correct symbols by opening any existing Chartbooks and selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

We do not know. We just need to be able to connect to your CQG account. We do not know how AMP handles these items internally.
