i have a question about your tradelog, something i don't understand..

i did a simple bar based backetest from year 2018. it took like 8000 trades, both long and short. now i am seeing the numbers in the log.

when i see number for the last 10 days, it looks ok - 70 trades both long/short roughly equal https://prnt.sc/10r1cpi
when i go deeper to the past, and see results for the last half a year, it looks still ok - some 1500 trades, both long/short roughly equal https://prnt.sc/10r1dtp
BUT when i go even deeper and see result for the last year, i see totally nonsense, some 5500 trades, both long/short but it shows only 59 short trades https://prnt.sc/10r1fd9

what is this nonsense? how can it show 59 within the last 15 months when within the last 3 months it is showing more then 300??

i am totally confused.. can u look at that and explain please?

I am still waiting for an answer.. to make it more clear, please look at this https://prnt.sc/12e7sep it a piece of trade activity log - I run a backest and till 24.12.2020 it shows both long and short trades correctly.. but from there it shows only long trades. Why? The trading system did many short entries after that period as well.. - see https://prnt.sc/12e8rna just as a proof.

So what is the problem? I believe this is quite an important issue. I don't know what is going on. I need to see the trade results from all period correctly. Can you please help me?
