ive funded a live trading account , i have paid for denali package 11 and activated the denali exchange data feed , also looked through other support tickets and cannot figure out why my data is still delayed. i disconnected adn reconnected several time could you please help me

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
