You are not setup to get Real-Time data from us. Refer to the information at the following link regarding Real-Time Futures data:

The [M] after the symbol tells you that the data that you are getting is from Sierra Chart.

Your account does NOT have the Denali Data Feed active. Do you have a different account that you are using (different from the one that you are posting from)?

You do have it now that you have changed to Package 11. When you were on Package 5, you did not have the data feed.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
