chart stats says i have 1(not accurate) open position

I called amp global who states i am flat on my orders. when i look at my trade activity log and go to chart stats, it says i have one contract on the micro es with "not accurate" which is affecting my true P&L....amp global says it is a sierra chart problem, please help thank you |

Hi I use a trading evaluator account. SC data. I have this same problem showing up randomly on different contracts every day. Never had this issue before. did read the reference section above but can't find a solution. When I turned off the PC last night it was ok. No standing orders either. This morning my fills on the screens are not correct and I have also this issue in the chart stats window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
