Replay doesn't work

Hi there,
since yesterday when I changed from TT to CQG order routing only I experience replay non-functionality.
Live data work well but when I roll back to January/February it stops.
Replay function behaves as well even if I reset the contract month.
Can you help me please.

Do you have your contract setup as a Continuous Contract so there is data back to January/February?

Hello John.
Yes. I do. I checked everything and I see that I have in advanced settings "Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rolellover, Back Adjusted".
What should I do as a next step?

Is this a Daily Historical Chart? You can not replay Historical data charts.

Do you have the data in the chart back at that time if you just scroll the chart back to then?

How are you doing the replay? Is it just one chart, or multiples? What replay mode are you using? Are you using the option to start at a specific time?

And what exactly are you seeing/not seeing? Are you able to hit play, does it reload the chart?

I do it still in the same way. Before I changed from TT to CQG order routing only I experience replay normal function. But after this change it doesn't work.
I open the Sierra Chart platform. I use routinely 3 charts 15s/1min/5min. Live it works well - bars tick.
When I want to replay previous data, I drag the timeline on 5 min chart and choose the specific date in the past.
After that I open RPlay command window - you can see it on the screenshot.
When I press Play button, it reload the data but bars do not tick and there is a strange disruption in grid - seen on the screenshot.

When I simply change Data/Trade service settings to SC Futures Order Routing Data, then everything works well. Replay work normally, fluently. But under CQG WebAPI it doesn't work or very very slowly respectively.
