Hello,

I just bought a months' worth of SC advanced + Denali package and am looking to set myself up for live data. I have a CQG account, but it is connected to my main execution platform. I want to subscribe to top of book data through SC's Denali feed service, but as I was about to do it, I got a message I have to log in with my CQG account to make it work. Did I understand correctly? I do not wish to pay for an additional CQG user, but instead use the Denali feed for charting.

Kind regards
Alexander

The CME Group has a requirement that you have to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify for their Non-Professional exchange fees. But, you can get away with only connecting once a month to that trading account. Therefore, in your case, you would log out of your other system that is connected to CQG and then setup your Sierra Chart and connect it to CQG for 10 seconds, then disconnect Sierra Chart and set the Service back to SC Data - All Services.

In general, here is the information on connecting once a month:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

And here are the instructions to connect Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

And you would follow these instructions to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
