I currently have several months left on my package 5 subscription. I would like to downgrade to what was package 3 without the advanced features and add Denali real time level 1 data for CME and COMEX. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

The first thing you do is change your package to Package 10. This is the Standard Package with the Denali Data Feed Fee. I have 4 months left on my package 5. I no longer use the capability of package 5 and only require package 3(and not Denali). If I change to package 3 now and select for 6 months will the balance of my package 5 be applied to this renewal?
