unable to get realtime data for S&P 500 futures

Hi , i have upgraded my account to receive realtime data fro SPM500 futures via denali , but i am not getting the realtime data . it says delayed but i dont even see the chart i have attached the screen shot Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-18 14:42:17

To begin with, that is not the correct symbol. You are mixing CQG and SC Data symbology. Since your Service is set to SC Data - All Services, you would need to use the symbol ESM21-CME. If you look through the Find Symbol list, you would find the symbol under this name. But, secondary to this, you have also not completed the Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup as you have not activated an exchange. But, prior to this, you need to understand that you have to have a trading account that we can connect to in order to validate that account to qualify you as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. We see that you have entered TD Ameritrade on your agreement for the Denali Data Feed, but we do not have support for TD Ameritrade. Therefore, you would need to have an account with one of the trading services that we do support in order to be able to validate for the Non-Professional status.
