Eurex - Continuous contracts not working

Hello, I am having all sorts of errors with continuous contracts of Eurex symbols, both with Interactive Brokers trading service and SC Data. IB : DAX-202103-DTB-EUR-25 [CV] Daily doesn't show the days between 2021-01-12 and today. Same for GBL-2021-06-DTB [CV]. SC Data : FGBXM21-EUREX [CBV] Daily shows no data between 2020-12-07 and today. Same for FGBLM21, FGBSM21, FOATM21, FBTPM21... I have already tried to Delete all data and download. We can't speak to the Interactive Brokers data. Can you please take a screenshot of what you are seeing when you are using the Sierra Chart data. Might have nothing to do with the fact continuous contract is enabled after all. I want nothing to do with IB data feeds myself but I need to use IB trading service and I understand it should work with your data feeds. I have Denali Eurex active and the option "Allow support for sierra chart data feeds" is active. So I believe IB data should not be involved at all. Here is a screenshot of the current contract for DAX with IB trading service : http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1616142608809.png Here is a screenshot of the current contract for FGBX with SC Data : http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1616143299931.png In both cases I sent the log for analysis. Obviously "number of days to load" is set to a high number, it is not 1. And as I mentioned earlier I have already deleted and redownloaded all the historical data. You do not have the Continuous Contract options enabled. You need to set that first. I first noticed it on continuous contracts but the point of my message is that even without the option activated, the historical daily chart is missing recent data. Thank you, that fixed every issue I mentioned previously with Eurex data. However I am finding out that I have the same problem with my historical charts of German stocks (from Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed) HD Request # 119 | Error downloading historical Daily data for VOW3.D.DX.
