Hi, last week I received a message in Sierra that Bar Chart wanted me to update my address to a non-PO Box address to qualify for non-professional status. I updated in Sierra and I also completed the forms again for the NYSE and NASDAQ BarChart subscriber certification. The Equities data feed is not working. I'm trying to activate the data again and I get the error message attached. Can someone please help me resolve this. I appreciate your assistance. I posted here earlier and it was moved to the support board, I received a reply that it was being looked into...just wanted to upload this error message I received. Please help. Cheers, |

You need to fill out the "Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement)" with the updated account information in order to get your status changed to Non-Professional for the U.S. Equities. Let us know when you have that done and we will then check on the status to make sure it gets updated. I have done this already per the message from someone else in support the other day. I can do it again if I need to...but can you please check to see if the version that I just did will work going forward and will get me the data turned back on.
