Ladies and gentlemen, a week ago I changed the orderrouting from tt to cqg at my broker dorman in order to be able to trade the eurex. Since the changeover, my footprint chart looks strange. I use a 6 range footprint. I have attached a screenshot. I have been informed that it is possible to continue using the denali datafeed and only change the routing to cqg. if the data feed is still the same, I don't understand the strange representation in the footprint?

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

And disable any volume filtering you are using in Chart >> Chart Settings.

Yes, you are setup to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed data and have your Order Routing through CQG.

But the reason for the Delete and Redownload is to remove any existing CQG data that your charts have been created with up to the point where you switched to Denali and then replace that historical data with the Denali Historical data.
