Hi I had an issue with a live trade that I tried to close and I could nt close it on the DOM or flatten on the trading chart. I had to call AMPS brokerage to close the trade. Can you let me know what the problem was. Thanks |

You need to examine the Trade Activity Log for the reason. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity You need to look at what happened to the order that flattened the position.
