No Data feed and movement on Sierra charts

I have 2 user package and when I use the 2 computers together only one works and other has no movement/connection. What to do?

Although we do allow for 2 Sierra Chart installations on different computers, the exchanges have different rules. In your case, you are using the U.S. Equities exchange and that is only allowed to be used on one computer at at time. Therefore, if you are moving between computers, you would need to completely exit from Sierra Chart on the one computer before moving to the other. In doing so, you will be able to get the data flow. If you really need the data to both computers at the same time, then the only option would be to create another Sierra Chart account and setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the U.S. Equities exchange on that second account, then use one account for one computer and the other account for the other computer. You just need to disconnect one installation of Sierra Chart with File >> Disconnect to prevent the data feed from being used.
