I experienced a very weird behaviour while in a trade a few minutes ago: suddeny the bar chart and the P/L value in the trade window and the indicators stopped to update in real time, while the DOM did not. I closed the trade then tried a few things that I read in the forum but nothing helped. Then I got my other computer. I didn't use it since about a week or two. Started up Sierra Charts, it worked fine for about 30 seconds then exactly the same issue happened.

See this screen recording: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T_C5UWQllo418LaETW_tBiBSahd9bopm/view?usp=sharing

Please help ASAP.

Thank you!

Update: I just tried out a fresh installation of Sierra and found that somehow my chartbook got corrupted. It does not work with both the old and the new instance of Sierra. When I use a new chartbook both instances work fine. Very interesting that it happened on two computers at around the same time...

If someone wants to take a look at it I can send the corrupted chartbook.

Really makes no sense there is a corrupt a Chartbook.

Must be something related to the settings for the Daily Profit/Loss if that is what you are referring to. Refer to:
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

Also refer to this setting:
Chart Settings: Open Position Average Price (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

How can it be related to any settings when I didn't change anything since days?

Found it! I have the "Automatically rollover futures symbol" option enabled and it happened now. I'm using Sierra since less than a month so this is something completely new for me. Sorry for bothering you with this kind of amateur stuff :)
