Good Morning Sierra Support Team I have been trading with INFINITY Charts through my broker for several years and have a quick question about getting the Horizontal Line that shows my Buy, Sell Limit Orders and Stop Limit Orders to Show up on the Chart. I have been using this set-up for many years and yesterday when I opened the Charts the Buy & Sell Limit Orders and Stop Limit Orders no longer appeared on the chart. I have looked at numerous YouTube videos trying to find out how to get them to show up to no avail. One more thing, that is strange is that when I log via Simulated Live the horizontal lines do appear and when I log into my Live Account the horizontal lines do not appear. I don't understand this as the same boxes on checked whether I log in Live or Simulated. I would greatly appreciate your immediately feedback regarding a solution. Big thanks Bill McKee |

Do you have chart trade mode on checked under trade menu for that specific chart? https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartTrading.html#HowtoPlaceAnOrderFromtheChart |

thanks for the reply - Yes Chart Trade Mode is turned on. As mentioned per Original message, the Buy-Sell-Stop Limit orders appear on the chart when in SIMUL but not on the LIVE Charts.

Live, Simulated Live, and Trade Simulation Mode are all different accounts. You will only see orders on the chart in the account where they were entered. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-11 03:25:18

Hello, I am having the same problem. I have completed a number of trades over the past couple of days, trading live. None of the Buy-Sell-Stop-Limit orders are showing, and neither are the order fills. Making it impossible to trade directly from the chart. This applies to all of the charts, in the chartbook, of the same symbol, with Chart Trade Mode selected. |

To resolve the problem; I uninstalled Infinity Charts and then downloaded/re-installed a new version. The Buy-Sell-Stop Limit Orders are now showing up on the charts
