I just changed to CQG order routing using Denali data feed with AMP. Not able to trade from SC as order rejected from TT. Do I need to choose "CQG WebAPI" instead of "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" in Data/Trading Services Settings? If I do, does data come from CQG instead of Denali? Thanks! |

Yes, you need to change your service to "CQG WebAPI" and enter the appropriate CQG information in the section underneath after you make the selection. In general, refer to the Setup Instructions for CQG here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you finish the setup for CQG, you will then want to open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to change the symbols to the CQG symbols. You are setup to receive the data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. As long as the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is enabled then you are getting the data from us. You will find information and setup instructions for this here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
