My TransAct Futures account was reactivated yesterday. The DOM price ladder loaded and worked properly. However, the Sierra Charts would not connect to the data feed. I worked with TransAct personnel to fix the problem but unsuccessfully so far. I had a SC Level 5 service package which I changed to Level 3, but still unable to connect.
