tpo chart: only loads most recent day

I'm using a SPY tpo chart which displays as it should. When I change the symbol however some charts display only the most recent day or strange combination of days (most recent and a couple of days from months back). Ive tried changing symbol by just typing new symbol or going through "find symbol" option. Same result. Days to load is set to 90. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1615030439205.png (spy chart, working) http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1615030506997.png (qqq, only last day displayed) http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1615030572613.png (aapl, last day and some days from February) When I remove the tpo study , all charts display a "normal" , daily historical chart.
