"Flatten" button does not work

When I was on simulator, I clicked the "Flatten" button quite often to get out of a position and it worked fine. I've noticed that when I am live, it does not close the position. It just cancels the stop and take profit orders. And then I have to manually right click the chart to actually close the position. Why is this, and how can I get that button on the trade window working?

So do I want this option enabled? I haven't changed any of my settings from my sim trading, and it seemed to work fine on that. Right now this option is disabled. The text is a bit confusing to me, I just want to get out of my position immediately when I click Flatten.

In the case of Transact you do want to enable that option.
