symbol settings not found for current service

I am subscribed to SP indices and actually some SP indices work well on charts, for example $INX and $IGX show up in charts. However, some indices that I need (for example $SSCO, $X2BD and $X2HB) do not show up. Instead it says the error message above. Any solution to have them show up? Thanks a lot. |

We added the necessary Symbol Settings for these symbols. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
