What package do I need? I previously had service package 5 with Denali data. It looks like I renewed for this month with the same service pack 5. Does this mean I don’t get Denali data feed? Should I switch to service pack 12? Then re-add the exchanges of my choosing? Will I be prorated for the 2 days used? I thought this would automatically changed me to the similar package.

You will want to use Service Package 11 which does include the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can set that here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation And then you can also activate exchanges from that same page. Information about changing Service Package: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
