I have an ES layout with 4-6 chart setups. When i click to NQ or any other futures contract, the charts do not populate properly. The new symbol comes in all scrunched up and is very difficult to set up for the new symbol. Why would that happen ? THanks, IBF |

This scaling issue isnt resolved with following the instructions you have provided. Is their anything else I can try ? It is very unusual that when i change a symbol, everything comes in on one line, and I have to use the right axis to adjust. THeir is alos alot of noise at the bottom of the chart that shouldnt be their, and it only disappears when i move the right axis around a bit. thank you. |

Did you follow all of the instructions and set the Scale Range to Automatic for the chart? There simply should not be a problem if that is the case and all of the instructions are followed. Post an image of the chart when you have the issue so we can understand this better: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. The reason you are having the problem is that you have a study in Region 1 that has data down between 0 and -600. That is what those bars that you are easily seeing are. You need to remove that study from Region 1 and put it into it's own region. Refer to the following: Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Chart Region For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
