Hello, I recently started live trading again so I was not active for 4 moths and I also switched data feed to CQG. Now when I log in to my web base trading my the account does not reflect reality. It shows wrong amount of dollars and does not display trades. It does not work it seams. Second question: is there a way to switch off the pop ups of all those message log windows that keep covering my screen when I am trading and I have to constantly click them off? The Web-Based Trading Portal is no longer valid for your account. That portal is only functional for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which you are no longer using due to the change to CQG. That is why it is not showing the correct information. If the Message Log is popping up, then there is usually a good reason for it. We would be curious to see what message you are getting that keeps it popping up. But, in order to prevent the Message Log from coming up, you can set this option: General Settings Window: Never Automatically Open Message Log or Trade Service Log (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

As it states, you are trying to put a Sell Stop Order at a price above the main order price, which is not allowed. Check your Trade Window to see how your Attached Orders are setup.
