I tried adding $DOWI, $SPX to my quote board and couldn't even find the Nasdaq Composite from the Find Symbol list but none of them will show any data. Is there other symbols to use and if so why aren't they listed? Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-05 02:33:02

You should get data for $DOWI, just not real-time data. Let us know if you are not getting anything at all. The $SPX you will not be able to get any recent data for, as the CBOE changed their rules and data is no longer available unless you pay for it. You can use the CFD symbol SPX500 as an alternative. Or you can subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices if you really want the $SPX. Refer to the information here: Notice: Replacement for CBOE Indices Historical Daily Data The NASDAQ Composite is in the list of Real-Time Indices under the symbol $NASX. Here is my Quote Board and I get no data for $NASX and $DOWI. Even though SPX500 shows last price it doewsn't show change for the day and neither does RTYH21-CME.

Sorry, we were not thinking specifically of the Quote Board in terms of the data. You will not get quote information for those symbols to which you are not setup to receive live data, or the Delayed Streaming Data. Therefore, you will not get any quote information for $DOWI or $NASX unless you subscribe to those indices on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. But, you should be getting quotes for SPX500 and RTYH21-CME, including the Daily Change. Is your Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set to SC Data - All Services, or is it set to something else? Yes, It is set to SC Data-All Services. I have price and change for RTYH21 now but SPX500 shows price but no change. It's after hours so it may have showed earlier but it shows 0 now.

We have tested this on the Delayed Data Feed, which is the same as you are using, and we are getting the Daily Change.
