Since you are using AMP, they should set you up with CQG for your order routing. You have to ask AMP for the Commission and Fee Schedule. With regards to a Tick Value Chart, we assume you are asking how to create this chart. You would need to set the Bar Period Type to Number of Trades and then enter 1 for the actual number. Why is it so difficult to do anything on this site? I am a customer of AMP. When I originally signed up with AMP, the Sierra Charts package 3 was free. Now it is not. How to I sign up for package 3? It seems like it should be so easy to give SC my money but I am lost.

Once you make a payment then the payment is posted immediately. But, if your account had been expired, then you would need to manually select the service package that you want, in order to get your account running again. We see that you have package 5 selected and your account is now active. So you should be all good. Under "new/open intraday chart", I type in F.US.ESM12.scid and receive "symbol settings not found for current service". I also receive the same message when I try to open F.US.NQM12.scid. I had no problem opening F.US.YMM21

You have specifically typed in "12" in the symbols that you listed above. Did you type in a "12" when trying to open the symbols instead of a "21"?
