Support,

There should be an error recorded for standard tick size for J6Z13. The current tick size is 0.00001 (5 decimal) instead of 0.0001 (4 decimal.) When i manually changed to 4 decimal point, back tested result recorded error calculation result with multiplication of 10 times.

For example, if i manually changed tick size from 5 decimal to 4 decimal, 1 lot value has changed from 10 to 100..

We cannot do this.

We recommend downloading only historical Minute data. This can be done by setting the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 5 Seconds.

After this re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

We cannot help with charts like these. They have to be charts with bars based on Minutes or Seconds. And they should include a standard Volume study.

Otherwise, it is very hard for us to go through a reverse analysis to try to understand why you see what you do. You are not aware of the high degree of complexity involved with range bars.
