Hello,

The high/low in the DOM with OEC datas for FCE is not shown the actual high/low of the day but the high/low since I use SC 1097 with OEC datas (yesterday evening). If I use TT datas, I have not this problem, daily high and low are correct.

We need to check on this again. Our understanding was that this was not possible to get updates for the Daily High and Low values but maybe there is a way. We will test this.

This is interesting. This is very unexpected. Nothing changed.

Reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu and see if that helps.

We checked the code. Nothing has changed. We are not convinced this is an issue on the Sierra Chart side.

Check the values in Window >> Current Quote Window.

Ok, it works but one hour after the opening of the market (market opens at 8 o'clock (Paris hour) and daily H/L reset at 9).

If you actually notice a resetting of the high/low, then this is definitely OEC doing the reset.

There can be no mistake about that.

If this was an issue on the Sierra Chart side what you would notice is that the high/low would not reset and gradually would widen over time.

In this case the only time there would be a reset is if there is a reconnect to the data feed.
