I am in the process to switching to the Sierra Order Routing and when I switch from AMP (CQG Web API) to SC Futures Order Routing I cannot connect and get a pop-up message "Trade Account Not Assigned" Do I need to enter my AMP/CQG account number somewhere? Please advise. Thanks in advance. |

If you are with AMP, then you would be using CQG for the order routing. The Sierra Chart Order Routing Service is no longer supported with AMP. Therefore, you would need to go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Service to be CQG WebAPI. Refer to the information at the following link for how to interact with the new windows for that particular Item List type: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GettingStarted.php#WorkingWithSierraChartWindows_SelectionSpecificOptions_ItemList Once you select Enter, or select the A button next to the entry (or select Apply All at the bottom), the window will update to allow you to enter your CQG credentials.
