I'd like to drag my mouse over the candles/line charts through out the day and see what the change % on the day is for that exact candle. Is there a way to do this?

You would need to add the Percent Change since Open study and then you can see the change for each bar in the Tool Values Window. Thank you, I tried doing Percent change from Previous close for a 1 day time frame with 1 minute candle sticks Any idea why I am still only getting the % change from open and not from the previous day close? |

Why do you say that it is not comparing against the previous close. We just took a look to make sure and it is doing this correctly. Keep in mind that you will not get any result that is a 1.0, as the Previous close will be compared the its previous close, and then the new bar for the day gets compared to the Last of the bar before.

The Daily Change is based on the Settlement Price and not the Last price of the Last bar of the day. So these are two very different numbers. To compare them, you would have to use a Daily chart.
