Hello SC Support, I have been charged $30.40 for Denali exchange data feed. I have opted package 12 which includes Denali data feed and $10 for CME exchange fees. Can you please let me know why I am being charged $30.40 instead of $10 foe data feed. I understand that my package 12 which includes Denali data feed will be activated after my trial which ends on March 7. Thanks for helping in advance. Cheers!! |
