AS already posted I have been using Denali for some time but recently had to change the routing to cqg and that was all dandy but last night it all just stopped and I get a message that symbol is unknown etd realtime data not allowed etc.. I just noticed that my Denali is no longer activated. Why is this? Whats happening? I can no longer trade and no longer have live data. I can use cqg to get live data on TradingView. Thanks Andy |

We do not see any issues with your setup, are you still having a problem getting the Denali data?

Make sure you are using the correct symbols.
