Does MBO Data work for orders that have already been executed?

I've read through your page on MBO and looked through the previous tickets. Is the MBO data only for orders in the book that have not been executed yet or does it improve the accuracy of the orders that have already been executed? If it does improve orders that have been executed does this also show in the Time and Sales window?

Market by order data is only limit orders which have not yet executed. You can contact the exchange for more information.
