Five days after switching from CQG to Denali, I still do not have a working data connection, but only get delayed data. The following error message: - Notice: You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service. To activate exchanges, use this link here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME I can no activate the exchange via this link because only AMP is allowed access. It must be possible, since all payments have been made, to activate EUREX. |

In order to get the EUREX data, you will need to pay for your Data Feed directly to us (Sierra Chart). As such, you need to first let AMP know that you will be paying for the data feed directly to us. They will then take you off their billing for the data feed. After that we can then activate the EUREX exchange.
