CQG Symbols problem

Hi, It seems i have 6 days to renew my services. I'm on AMP broker. Last week, i needed to switch to CQG because TT problems on CME. Today i can't trade because CGQ doesn't recognized the symbols even after translation. I could see an important message on sierra that the packages and prices are changing also Ok. I'm little lost about all those changing. I just want to trade CME and pay sierra sevices. What is the best stable solution to set my trading? With regards to your account, you are fine, as you are paying for your Sierra Chart directly to us. The main upcoming change is that we will be changing how accounts that are setup through a broker are handled, but this does not apply to you. With regards to your error, you should not be getting that message given the symbol that you have listed, as it is correct for CQG. We would need to see the Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog ----------------------------- On a separate note, your Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on March 1, 2021 (today) since you did not have enough funds in your account. Yes, i did it earlier. But i don’t understand what is Wrong. It worked last week when i switched to CQG because of TT CME Order problems. It was working perfectly before this change Also. Today it doesn’t work and i didn’t touch anything... I asked to AMP, They told me to see the issue with sierra C. It worked fine, and now not. What’s wrong? Please. Best regards |

The problem here is that you have been using the Denali Exchange Data Feed but it did not renew due to an insufficient balance. We have changed your package to 11 which now includes that data feed and you need to add credit here to cover the cost of exchange fees: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit And then you need to activate the exchange you want here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Once that is done you will be all set.
