Can't retreive deleted chartbook

Hi there, I lost my custom charts when launchin the application so tried deleting and reinstalling the custom chartbook. I now cannot see it in the saved files when I relaunch the application. I have pasted it back into the data folder. Any ideas? Thanks a lot! |

Make sure that it is put into the correct folder by going to Global Settings >> General Settings and noting the location of the Data Files Folder listed at the top left of that window. That is where the Chartbook needs to be located. The other thing to check is that the Chartbook is a proper chartbook and has the extension .cht. If all else fails, look to see if you have a Sierra Chart backup of the chartbook.
