Spread and Option Charts with CQG

Hi - I am having trouble pulling up charts for spreads [simple spreads for example SK14 - SN14] and all options using my CQG service. I have talked with the IT people at my broker's office who have been troubleshooting the issue from there side and have confirmed that all the data I need is available yet the charts will not populate. Please help as this has been an ongoing issue since I started using CQG feeds.

Sierra Chart does not have spread or option symbol support when using CQG and there are no plans to offer this right now. Adding support for this would be an extensive amount of development.

If you are interested in just charting spreads, and not trading them it is possible to create simple spread charts by using the Difference (Bar) study:

Thanks for the response. Am I able to use this study to take the difference between two different charts? For example, May Corn - June Corn?
