Hello, I selected the "Active Service: 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed" option. Does this NOT include the data fees? I am being routed to activate a data feed and there are specific $ amounts associated with them. Can someone help please? |

It does not include exchange fees if that is what you are asking about. What exchanges do you need real-time data for? And do you need market depth data?

The 'CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time. We have activated this. There is no cost for this month. Thank you.. one question - what real time data service did you enable for me? was that Sierra Charts Exhchange data feed or Denali? Also, how do I find that out myself? apologies in advance for the newbie questions. |

this is getting a tad bit frustrating :-( please see screenshots attached. The instruction states "SC Data All Services" - which is what i have enabled - see screenshot The data states delayed data - see another screenshot. What else do i need to do please? |

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
