What credentials to fill when signing the live-data agreements

Hi, I want to use my existing IB trading account to qualify for non-professional live data fee. To sign the agreements I need to put trading account number and clearing firm. Is this my IB account number, which is also seen in the sierra message log (U706...)? And what should I put in the second entry, "Interactive Brokers"? Second question, if I change later to AMP clearance (for cost or other purposes), do I need to sign another agreement? |

For your Clearing Firm, put Interactive Brokers. And for the Account Number you put the Interactive Brokers Account Number. If you change brokers you do not need to fill out another agreement.
