Change from TT to CQG

My service package was set to package 5 with TT and I paid 97.00 every three months. After switching to CQG, thru AMP, my service package has been changed to package 11. I didn't make that change. Do I need package 11 to use CQG? Thanks, Curtis |

The Denali Exchange Data Feed is now only provided through our Service Packages. Package 11 is going to be 46 USD per month effective in March. So this is a 10 USD reduction for the Denali data feed. We did notice the ending date on your account changed when the Service Package was changed but that should not have been the case and we will be correcting that today back to the original date. We did notice the ending date on your account changed when the Service Package was changed but that should not have been the case and we will be correcting that today back to the original date. We realize this makes sense that the ending date changed because of the fact that the new service package has a higher price and also next month you will not be paying separately for the Denali Data Feed.
