Hi. I am planning to have AMP as my support broker but I am currently testing on self-subscription on real-time data feed. I do recognise the fact that my package (advance 5) does not include real-time data feed and that's why I have pay for an additional 7USD of real-time data feed trial which expired 2 days later. I am following the instruction of the link below to activate my real-time data feed directly with the exchange but I can't find any exchange option that provides CME with Depth. I would like to get real-time data for ES-mini (SP500) with Depth from CME. Do direct me to the relevant article is I am reading the wrong one.

The CME Group is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you need to use these Setup Instructions:

Also, be sure you are aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. You will find more information here:

Thank you for the previous reply.

I would like to know if I have purchased Service Package 3 - Standard and I felt the package is insufficient for my trading can I upgrade it to Service Package 5 - Advanced by just paying the price difference (which suppose to be 10USD)? Because I don't see an option to do so in my account.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
