I have a demo account with LMAX. It is connected to Sierra chart. I have contacted with LMAX today morning. They say: "We received no rejected message on our side, please consult with sierra chart" When I try to open a buy or sell market order on my LMAX demo account, I still get this error message: LMAX Demo Trading - DTC order update (Order reject). Info: LMAX order update (Rejected). Text: ACCOUNT_DOES_NOT_EXIST. Internal Order ID: 2786547. Service Order ID: 548585. Symbol: EURUSD. Account: | 2021-02-24 09:45:47.073 * What is the problem? We see you have two LMAX demo accounts assigned to your Sierra Chart account. See if you get this with both of them. Yes, I have two demo account. But my problem is that I cannot open any buy or sell trades on the 1813358705 account! I have attached a screenshot about the problem. Thank you! |
